Party Terms & Conditions

 · All party bookings are subject to availability (Limit of  2hrs use of private party room)

· Mini Golf Course is OPEN to public during your party – Please note that it is NOT a Private Booking.

· Parties have a minimum of 8 children and maximum of 24.

· A Non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking (No booking will be held until we receive the deposit).

· All balances are payable 3 days prior to your event.

· We will contact you by email or phone prior to your party - Party Packages, number of children and food choices must be re-confirmed and finalised three (3) days prior to your party.

· Please be aware that you will be charged for the confirmed number of children plus any additional children on the day – this will be final and no refunds will be given for any children not attending. 

· Strictly NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINKS (except water) are permitted unless there are any special dietary requirements (Please advise us about this when making the booking).

· You can bring your own Cake OR Icecream Cake can be ordered from the Café in advance.

· Strictly NO drinking of alcohol and smoking. Confetti, pinatas, horns, whistles & poppers are also NOT permitted in our premise or an extra $30 will be charged for cleaning.

· Any unacceptable behaviour and noise will NOT be tolerated. No running around the venue, hitting or climbing dinosaurs.

· The Party Room will be available for your event 2 hours from your booking time including Mini Golf.  Rooms will need to be vacated after your party to allow staff to clean the room ready for the next booking. here.
